Jennifer Cody Martin, a native of Albuquerque,
brings an international perspective to the Venture Team. Having lived
and worked abroad, her endeavors in economic development, life style
sustainability, and famine research has led Jennifer Cody to have a
fresh perspective on how people live. Licensed since 2005, Jennifer
Cody has helped many buyers, sellers and investors realize their real estate dreams.
She has a nurturing, professional and knowledgeable approach to the
real estate process. Jennifer Cody brings honesty and integrity to
every transaction. Though she specializes in first time home buyers,
she has participated in multiple commercial, multi family and single
family home transactions. Jennifer Cody has a strong focus on
education and personal growth within the industry. Since licensed, she
has earned her Qualifying Broker's licence and owned her own
brokerage. Jennifer Cody is member of National Association of Realtors, The Realtors Association of New Mexico and the Southwest Multiple Listing Service.
Jennifer Cody Martin has a BA in International Economics and Finance with minors in Spanish and Psychology. She currently resides in the Albuquerque area with her westiepoo.
