Joseph has 5 years of experience working with developers, builders, homeowner assocations, financial institutions, marketing and public relations companies. Originally from New York City, Joseph spent half his time in Las Vegas and New York City from 1996 through 2001. In May of 2001, he relocated to Las Vegas full time. Joseph has represented mid rise condominium project in Las Vegas as the Community Sales Manager. His area of concentration is the management of sales. He is also very heavily involved in the public relations and marketing aspect of the project.
Joseph has 21 years of experience with a major Wall Street Investment firm in charge of both the operational and administrative aspect of a nationwide branch office system. During his tenure he increased the branch network from 25 locations to 135. Besides overseeing the daily operations of the branch systems, he was also responsible for all real estate, leases, vendor contracts, office design and personnel.
Joseph has moved to Albuquerque, NM to help Venture Realty Group with the condominium projects in the Nob Hill and Downtown area.
