Email Campaigns - Each home listed with Venture Realty Group will also be sent to over 8,000 local Real Estate contacts in our in-house email marketing campaigns. Each campaign will contain various information including property highlights, Open House dates and times, promotional events, and more.
Print Campaign - Print campaigns are also sent for each home listed. Our custom Advisor Marketing Center provides the technology for each Advisor to send specialized print marketing to very specific demographics including age range, zip codes, owner occupants, tenants, and income brackets.
